The App, including its code, graphics, gameplay mechanics, and audio, is the proprietary property of Loreto Media LLC, protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Loreto Media LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the App.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or use the App in a way that may harm us, other users, or third parties.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
