By accessing or using Captain's Log, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
Captain's Log is a personal journaling and productivity application. We provide features for time tracking, project management, and daily logging.
To access certain features like cloud backup, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
You retain all rights to the content you create in Captain's Log ("User Content"). By using the cloud backup features, you grant us a license to host and store your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the backup and sync service to you. We do not sell your User Content to third parties.
You agree not to use the application for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the service.
The Captain's Log application, including its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality, are and will remain the exclusive property of Loreto Media LLC and its licensors.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
In no event shall Loreto Media LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
